4 days later an E-mail arrives asking me for my product key as they can't find it- why they want it I don't know as they can gain access to my PC by remote viewer when I allow them. 1st guy basically ran a deep scan and pronounced everything was all right,, Contacted support again and got a different guy this time- same MO ran a deep scan and said everything good to go - both polite people but at a similar knowledge level to me -and that ain't saying much ! complained again and was told the case was being elevated to level 2 and that it would take up to 48 hrs to hear back from them.
